My name is Dagmar Chlosta
CGA was founded by Dagmar Chlosta, an experienced international leader who has spent decades working at the intersection of strategy, operations, people and transformation.
Having led organisations through growth, pressure, change and reinvention, she understands both the visible responsibilities and the often unseen emotional weight of leadership.
